Green Mountain Ramen

A New Chapter for Green Mountain Ramen

After 15 incredible months at The Heart Rose Club, Green Mountain Ramen has closed this chapter of our journey.

We're deeply grateful to Tara and Fred, our supporters, our fans, Simon Diamond, Howard, and our partners at the Brattleboro Food Co-op, Rebop Farm, and Food Connect. Your support helped shape who we are today.

Over the past 15 months, we've learned so much, not only about running a weekly pop-up, but about community, resilience, and who Green Mountain Ramen is at its core.

This is not goodbye.

An exciting new opportunity is on the horizon, and we look forward to sharing more with you soon.

Stay tuned.

— Ken, Jane, and the Green Mountain Ramen Crew

We believe food is medicine (医食同源).

Our mission is to serve organic, nourishing meals made with integrity, and to make them accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. This is a community health and resilience initiative.

We offer Pay-What-You-Can Model

How It Works

If you are able to pay full price, your support helps sustain our mission and allows us to continue serving others.

If you are struggling financially, you are still welcome at our table. No questions asked.

Some community members pay extra through Pay-It-Forward to help cover meals for others.

Some pay less during difficult times.

Some volunteer their energy, kindness, or support in other ways.

Together, we take part in co-creating heavenly reality that everyone's needs can be met.
